This policy applies to all purchases made from Orient security, online or in-store.

We only exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase.

You have to inform us if you cannot bring back the product right away. email at admin@orientsecurity.shop OR sms at 0323-1413380 along with your invoice number and small description.

However, to complete replacement of your product, the product should be:

1. Whenever you receive your product, kindly make a little video while opening the box/flyer. 

2. Video should be clear. In case the product received is damaged, you can send that video as a proof to us and we will immediately exchange the product. 

The parcel should contain its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.

None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.

If the item is dispatched to you in different city then we will provide the Exchange and the shipping cost which our customer will bear to send us back.

Why making video is necessary while receiving parcel?

Before dispatching the product, Orient Security team make it sure the product is perfect. We properly wrap the product after checking. Incase the parcel is mishandled by the courier company, we can claim the loss with a video proof. 

Just to keep it on safer side to keep this point of making video compulsory so that we too don’t have any doubts left.
